As I found myself setting up more and more blogs for friends lately I decided to save time by installing WordPress MU at some new domain. This way blogsport.de was born.

Now that basic installation is done I’ll be working on

• integrating a smooth and easy-to-use registration process,
• fine-tuning the default installation (esp. when it comes to l10n)
• polishing the sitetemplates (l10n too)
• adding some more themes

As I’d like to see blogsport.de become a healthy blogging community I’ll have to add a lot of functionality and features to the base install. Besides having site-wide top posts and comments on the start page, a list of hosted blogs, search and browse capability there also needs to be some sort of help forum or (hey! remember I’m doing jabber) a chat room (one? many! ;)).
